Reporting Violations
At Pietrucha International Sp. z o. o., the Whistleblowing Procedure is implemented and operational and forms an integral part of the organization’s Compliance Management System. Below are the key details of the Procedure:
Who Can Report a Violation
A violation may be reported by any individual who has obtained knowledge of a violation in a work-related context.
The work-related context should be understood as past, present, or future activities related to the performance of work based on an employment relationship or another legal relationship that serves as the basis for the provision of work or services or for holding a position in the Company or on behalf of the Company, within which information about the violation was obtained, and there is a possibility of experiencing retaliatory actions.
A violation may be reported, among others, by:
- an employee;
- a temporary employee;
- a person providing work on a basis other than an employment relationship, including under a civil law contract;
- an entrepreneur;
- a proxy;
- a shareholder or partner;
- a member of a governing body of a legal entity or an organizational unit without legal personality;
- a person working under the supervision and direction of a contractor, subcontractor, or supplier;9. an intern;
- a volunteer;
- an apprentice.
How to Report a Violation
A report can be submitted through the established reporting channels within the Company, namely:
- In writing, via email to zgłoszenia@pietrucha.pl;
- in writing, addressed to the Company’s headquarters at ul. Przemysłowa 10, 98-234 Błaszki, to the Compliance Team, with the note – “Report of Violation – Confidential”;
- orally, during a direct meeting with a designated employee of the Compliance Team;
- orally – by phone at the following numbers: 514 862 867, 514 864 570, 507 102 777
Anonymously or with the disclosure of identity
The report of a violation may be submitted anonymously or with the disclosure of identity. In situations where, despite submitting the report anonymously, the identity of the whistleblower becomes known based on the content of the report or the actions taken, it will be subject to protection provided under the Procedure.
Protection against retaliatory actions
The Company ensures protection against retaliatory actions. The Company prohibits any retaliatory actions or threats of such actions against the whistleblower, individuals assisting in making the report, and those associated with the whistleblower.
What do we offer the whistleblower?
- consideration of every report – even if submitted anonymously;
- confidentiality of the whistleblower’s personal data and any information that could be used to identify the whistleblower’s identity;
- protection against retaliatory actions;
- a timely, thorough, and impartial investigation process, conducted with fairness and objectivity;
- feedback on the receipt of the report and the outcome of the verification process.
Reporting violations to public authorities
The whistleblower may submit an external report without first submitting an internal one. External reports are accepted by the Ombudsman or a public authority.

The full version of the Procedure is available for review at the Company’s headquarters. It can also be provided electronically to interested parties following prior contact in accordance with the violation reporting channels.
