Water retention
Would you like to to learn more about our solutions?
Water retention and surface runoff regulation projects primarily use EcoLock vinyl small retention sluice gates and geotechnical profiles used to construct water barrages. Vinyl sheet piles can also be used to maintain the groundwater level within ecosystems and in the construction of retention reservoirs.
Geotechnical profiles
Pietrucha vinyl piles have broad applications in projects related to the construction of water retention structures. Vinyl sheet piles are used in the construction of various types of retention reservoirs as well as in the creation of cutoff walls in the ground.

Small retention sluices
Small retention sluice gates are based on EcoLock geotechnical profiles, including small retention gates, weirs, and steps.
Our retention solutions are used in projects aimed at:
- restoring dam reservoirs, ponds, and networks of watercourses,
- increasing the retention capacity of existing reservoirs through additional raising of water levels,
- protecting wetlands and peatlands,
- constructing new reservoirs of various types,
- building low dams on natural streams, canals, and ditches,
- creating rain gardens.
