Owing to their corrosion resistance and lightweight design, which simplifies transport and installation in hard-to-reach areas, geotechnical profiles made from thermoplastic materials offer exceptional potential in hydrotechnical projects.
According to certification from the National Institute of Public Health, our sheet pile material does not affect the quality of drinking water.
Embankments protection
Structures made with vinyl sheet piles adjust to the shapes of natural embankments. They are used for erosion control and help enhance water flow capacity of rivers, canals, dykes etc.
Cut-off and retaining walls with anchoring
Walls made of vinyl sheet piles may be reinforced with stays and anchors to ensure additional protection and increase the durability of the structure.

Standard Installation Equipment
Profiles made from thermoplastic materials are installed using the same equipment and machinery as steel sheet piles, including excavators, cranes, vibrohammers, and pile drivers.

The mandrel
The mandrel, which we manufacture and supply along with the ordered PVC sheet piles, acts like a cutting blade that penetrates the ground and protects the vinyl profile during installation.

Auxiliary techniques
In especially challenging conditions, effective auxiliary techniques for driving vinyl sheet piles include water-jetting and pre-boring.
