We are a family-run business that has been operating continuously for 65 years. Caring for future generations is ingrained in the DNA of our organization. In making decisions and planning future actions, we strive to better understand our role in sustainable development and collaborate with partners and stakeholders to minimize our environmental impact.

Product quality is the cornerstone of our business. To ensure we provide the highest quality products to our customers, we have implemented various measures that guarantee their reliability and durability.

Thanks to the procedures we have established and the certifications we hold, our clients can be confident that our products meet the declared technical specifications, are of the highest quality, and are safe for both users and the environment.

ISO 9001

The ISO 9001 certification confirms that our quality management system meets the highest international standards, customer expectations, and complies with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Factory Production Control

Factory Production Control encompasses all manufacturing processes, from design to production, and delivery to the customer. The processes within the Pietrucha Group are certified by the Building Research Institute and the German SKZ Institute, ensuring that our products are manufactured in accordance with current regulations and technical standards, while continuously improving the production process.

Research and Development Partnerships

We collaborate with leading technical universities in Poland and research institutions to share expertise and best practices in civil and hydraulic engineering. We provide training on the use of our solutions and their environmental aspects. For designers, we have developed Designer 3.0, a computational platform and knowledge repository dedicated to the use of our products.

Environment

We are modernizing our facilities and investing in proven European solutions to reduce electricity and water consumption, as well as CO2 emissions and waste.

We invest in modern technologies that allow us to achieve high efficiency with reduced electricity and cooling energy consumption.

We manufacture in the heart of Europe, benefiting from short logistics chains, and use local suppliers verified through Factory Production Control.

The raw materials we use in production come exclusively from reliable suppliers who meet the highest environmental standards and quality requirements, as documented by relevant certifications.

Our products and solutions help minimize environmental impact and are used in projects aimed at mitigating or preventing climate change.

People

Development

Employees have opportunities to enhance their skills, improve, and acquire new competencies. We engage our employees through internal competitions where they can propose ideas for product portfolio development or suggest process improvements.

Education

We collaborate with educational institutions in the region. In partnership with leading technical universities, we carry out research and development projects, share knowledge and experience, and participate in internship programs.

Communities

As one of the largest employers in the region, we are deeply involved in the life of local communities. Together with our employees and their families, we celebrate cultural and patriotic events, and engage in local civic initiatives.

Well-being

We listen to our employees’ needs and respond accordingly. For instance, we have leased and stocked a local pond, providing a venue for an employee-initiated fishing club to practice sustainable fishing while offering a space for team bonding. We also offer our employees and their families access to a Jersey boat, maintained by the Gdańsk Academy of Physical Education.

In 2022, the company implemented comprehensive Compliance Procedures, including an anti-corruption framework and measures to prevent harassment, mobbing and any form of discrimination.

Our security policy, introduced during the pandemic and continuously updated, ensures that our employees feel safe at work, during business trips, and beyond.

Our updated Security Policy, developed during the pandemic, ensures that employees feel safe in the workplace, during business travel, and outside of work. Additionally, our Whistleblowing Policy allows for the identification of any irregularities, ensuring that corrective actions are promptly implemented.
