Business Development Manager
Location: Europe
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and develop relationships with contractors and distributors in the European market (direct and indirect export)
- Create and develop a distribution network for the company products in new markets
- Identify potential directions for the development of the company’s product portfolio
- Identify potential directions for the development of the company (strategic alliances, acquisition, vertical integration with other entities)
- Direct collaboration with the project support team and product managers
Required Skills and Expertise:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales development of technical products – documented achievements / confirmed effectiveness
- Minimum 5 years of experience in foreign markets
- Knowledge of the geotechnical profiles market and the geosynthetics market
- Knowledge of the water and civil engineering sector
- Own portfolio of customer relationships in the water and civil engineering industry
- Experience in introducing technical products for the above-mentioned industry on foreign markets, especially in Western Europe
- Ability to identify market needs in terms of new product needs as well as modernization of existing ones
- Knowledge of the plastics processing industry – not required, but welcome
- Fluent in English / additional asset will be knowledge of French or Spanish
