Vinyl sheet piles by Pietrucha will help protect the fauna inhabiting the Masurian Canals

Date of publication: 22 Jun 2021

Location: The Masuria Lake District

Product: Vinyl sheet piling

The much needed and long-awaited comprehensive renovation of four Masurian Canals is underway: Tałcki, Grunwaldzki, Szymoński and Mioduński. The project did not forget about ecology – our top quality vinyl sheet piles were used to build approx. 50 passages for animals inhabiting the canal area.

Gradually, new elements of the project are completed, which will facilitate the shipping traffic and support the tourist and economic development of the region. Despite the ongoing work, the shipping lanes remain open. Importantly, the project did not forget about ecology – our vinyl sheet piles were used to build several dozen passages for animals inhabiting the canal area.

Vinyl sheet piles and the patented solutions developed by our R&D department stand out from other products of this type available on the market, primarily due to their durability, aesthetic appearance, low price and negligible impact on the natural environment.

Product: GW 460/5,5 / Length: 5,5 m and 3,5 m

Quantity: 2000 m2
