Semi-automatic and fully automatic flood barriers

FloodWarden Float and FloodWarden Tech barriers were designed to protect sites and buildings from flooding in particularly critical spots, where ensuring full and undisturbed accessibility both for pedestrian and vehicle traffic.

FloodWarden Float

The closing mechanism of the barrier is automatic, fully mechanical, and operates independenly of additional energy sources.

Po przekroczeniu Once a critical water level is exceeded, the floating element activates the closing mechanism powered by gas springs. These springs press the moving part of the barrier against the mounting posts, sealing and blocking the flow of water.

The user is only required to manually return the barrier to its rest position.

FloodWarden Float barriers come in two options: STANDARD/MINI.

FloodWarden TECH

Fully automatic flood barriers with electro-pneumatic controls and integrated power supply system.

In the event of a flood threat, the sensor system automatically triggers the barrier rising protocol.

As soon as the water level drops below the emergency level, the barrier automatically lowers to its stand-by position.

FloodWarden Tech comprises three basic types of barriers, STANDARD/XXL/HEAVY. 

Customization options

The basic types of FloodWarden Float and FloodWarden TECH barriers may be further adjusted in terms of dimensions and operating mode to comply with the specific needs of the customer and the property.

We also offer individual customization of control cabinets, power supply, monitoring and signaling system is also possible. FloodWarden barriers may be integrated with complex property management systems.
