Important Notice: change of the registered name of our company

This is to inform you that as of 30.05.2023, SIA PIETRUCHA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ changed its registered name to “PIETRUCHA INTERNATIONAL” SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that the above change refers solely and exclusively to the name of the company with all other data, including VAT No (NIP), Commercial Register No (REGON), bank accounts, phone numbers, registered address, remaining unchanged.

Please, consider the above change in any new documents issued as of 01.06.2023.

We would like to highlight that in accordance with the current legislation, the change of the registered name has no legal effect as to the change of entity which has been and remains party to any contracts executed or obligations contracted to date. We further inform you that the change of the registered name does not result in any amendment to the company’s liabilities or mutual rights and obligations resulting from contracts executed by our company, and the said contracts  do not require annexing.

In consideration of the above information, as of 01.06.2023, any and all correspondence, including financial documents, should be addressed to:
