One of the highest temporary separation walls in Poland
Construction of a weir at the Narew River km 150-457
In January 2018, the Pietrucha Group delivered a IBS temporary separation wall. With the height of approximately 5 metres, it is one of the highest temporary separation walls installed in Poland.
The main purpose of the weir is to heap the waters of the Narew River during the low water level season and regulate the water flow to ensure the undistrubed operation of techhical water intake points for the ENERGA Ostrołęka SA power plant.
The walls will help protect the weir during conservation works.
